"Fiber Arts Journey: Weaving, Braiding, and More" is a comprehensive course designed for elementary students to explore the diverse world of fiber arts. This class introduces the basics of weaving and braiding, along with other textile techniques. Students will learn to create their own fabric art using looms for weaving and various materials for braiding, developing skills in pattern creation and texture.The course also covers other fiber art forms such as felting and basic embroidery, allowing students to experiment with different materials like wool, yarn, and threads. Throughout the class, students will work on multiple projects, from creating simple woven bracelets to more complex wall hangings.This hands-on course is ideal for young learners interested in crafting and textile arts, offering them a chance to develop their artistic skills while learning about the rich traditions of fiber arts.Requirements:No experience is needed, only an interest and curiosity about art!Materials Needed:All materials are included in this course!
